The Breakdown

To bring to life the Fender x Grace VanderWaal Signature Ukulele launch, we drew our inspiration from both the product and from Grace herself. Playing off the theme of floral, a favorite of Grace’s, we searched for a venue that would serve as the perfect backdrop to this whimsical launch. Gallow Green at The McKittrick Hotel was just the place. Through a combination of specifically curated vintage-inspired furniture and hand-selected fresh blooms, we were able to create an environment that not only highlighted the collaboration but Grace as an artist. 

A soft, pastel color palette was used throughout the event creating a feminine and enchanting environment that lent itself well to social moments and sharing. A vintage pink velvet couch, flower crowns, a floral-covered swing, custom cookies, and a freestanding flower wall were just a few magical moments guests could interact with during the event. To tie everything together, guests were gifted with a Fender x Grace VanderWaal ukulele at the end of the event, which allowed them to bring a bit of magic home.
