The Breakdown
The Broad Collective returned for a second year to Ulta’s 2023 Field Leadership Conference, this time in Sin City (Las Vegas, that is). We put the Curl Party heat tool and their Final Call frizz and static control spray center stage. With custom glittery mocktails, onsite blowouts, and a stunning custom slot machine, we created a vibe guests won’t soon forget. Lucid Juliet florals brought the magic, filling the space with monochromatic, Drybar-branded tones, disco balls and of course, tons of yellow.
